Refund policy

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact Danielle at dmgdesignsmaine@gmail.com. I will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.


Exchanges

 

If you would like to exchange an item out for a different option of the same product with the same price, please contact me. I will instruct you on where to ship your return and once I’ve received and inspected your return, I will ship out the exchanged piece. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

 

Store Credit/Exchange 
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit for use on DMG-Designs.com.
