One of a Kind! Hand hammered solid copper Black Swallowtail Butterfly (Papilio polyxenes) pendant. Comes on 18" sterling silver chain with lobster clasp. Made through chasing and repousse, a method that requires hammering in every detail, these are 3D and strong, with a lot of details. I used a drawing I made of an actual swallowtail so I could create an accurate representation of their patterns.

Care & Storage
Lotions, salt water, cleaning products & other chemicals can corrode metal - avoid contact or gently clean off with warm water, then dry.
Store in bag/box provided & use jewelry polishing cloth to gently remove tarnish from ear wires if needed. Do not use polishing cloth or other abrasive on green patina.
